[Hello Luceti! You might hear some frustrated murmurs of a girl who may or may not sound familiar before the screen opens up. Behind her are trees. You might notice that first—OR! The first thing you might notice is the bright gold/white wings on her back, or maybe it’s the twig she failed to find out of her curly golden hair, or maybe it’s the fact that her cat-green eyes look absolutely furious. She pauses, before she begins to speak, posture ramrod straight, lips pursed.]

I find myself in need of assistance, if you please. While I am not familiar with this sort of fontech, I know enough. To those that have successfully taken me away from my kingdom, listen very carefully.

[her lip curls slightly, a bit of that anger in her eyes slowly spreading to her otherwise regal tone of voice ]

I demand to know where I am, immediately. To those of you who are not involved in this ..this indecency [her cheeks color. This is wrong on so many levels. ] I request all the information you can offer me. [she raises her hand to try and reach back and touch what she knows is clearly a hurt back, but her shoulder lances with pain. What did her captors do to her? Dropping it at her side, she looks back at the screen, raising her chin. ]

How dare you carry out such a despicable act!. Anyone who considers taking away Kimlasca-Lanvaldear’s Princess in broad daylight without her consent is considered from this point an enemy of both herself and His Majesty, King Ingobert the Sixth. [Luke, at least, does look confused for a few seconds. That's... strange, for all he knows, he could've said that a ghost came here. He expected her to light up and demand where Asch is right now.

Still, he pushes it aside. Maybe she comes from a time when Asch is doing stupid. As for the professor...]

[... Oh, Luke looks so uncomfortable with that. He presses his lips together and looks away again, and he can't help raising a hand to hold his opposite arm.]

... Yeah. I never wanted to... He keeps talking to me. [It feels like he's just trying to run from an inescapable shadow. A shadow of his past, a shadow of something he thought he shed the moment he came here.]

I don't know what to do anymore... [He's made so many friends... and met someone very special to him, too. And he doesn't want Van anywhere near them... But at the same time, this... could be the opportunity for Van to change for the better.]

Do nothing. He has proven that he cannot be be trusted! [ her eyebrows furrow with concern ]

He took advantage of you and Asch's trust, and caused so much pain to the people of Auldrant. He does not deserve your attentions. Please--don't let him get to you. He's..he's done enough, hasn't he?
[ her voice quiets]

[... He nods, slowly. It's... so much harder than that, though. It's hard to just... not let him get to him. The man who was his master for years...

But he looks around, then reaches to take both her hands in his own. Even they're cold...]

I know... You're right. But right now, let's get you somewhere warm. You can come back to our apartment! I'm staying with Asch, so... [Maybe she'll like it there... Maybe even stay?]

[she can see the indecision on his face, and it frustrates and disheartens her more than she'd ever admit. Luke had come up with his answers just like she had..(in the end) and to see him struggling with one of the same issues was--painful.

as he clasped her hands she felt her heart race slightly at the idea of seeing Asch in his house. her breath hitched a little, as she hid the little tremor in her fingers..(or tried) ]

Is..Is Asch there right now?

[He might not feel the tremors well, but he still tightens his grip on her hands anyway. He manages a smile, too... The topic they were talking about may have been somber, but this one's better. Plus, it's just... so nice to see Natalia here right now, so nice to hold her hands and really feel her there.]

He wasn't there when I left... but he should be back soon. Especially once he hears you're here.

[ her eyes close as a small smile plays at her mouth, her heart pricks in her chest, just a little. she squeezes his hands back ]

My, normally we're the ones chasing Asch, are we not? I'd like to see him do the chasing for once! [she can't help but giggle. if Luke is here...maybe it is possible. ]

[And he can't help laughing quietly. Isn't that a mental image worth playing through his head?]

Heh, so would I! I don't think we'd run from him, though...

[And with a tug of her hands, he lets them fall from his before he turns his back, glancing back briefly to send her a quiet message: "Follow me", then starts to walk. It's cold out here... and he'd like to get her to a warmer place as soon as possible. They can talk while they walk.]

Can you imagine? He'd be most cross with us..I doubt he'd like to relive the days of hide-and-seek as we were apt to do. [ They all played so many games. She realizes if it's true, if Asch is here, both her childhood friends are here, and there is a sense of almost undeserved blessings that she could be given this chance--to be the support she should have been..it's terrifying and wonderful.
]

He'd probably just yell at us if we tried playing that with him. [Which is a shame, since Luke still kind of likes that game... Not that anyone KNOWS that. Nor does he want them to know. It's just. Something. He'd like to do again someday. Without his suggesting. Because that would be kiddish.]

Yes..[ she pauses, before blinking up at him]
Luke, if I may ask, how long have you been here?

Huh? Oh...

I haven't really... kept track. [But seeing how he was planning Xion's birthday just a few days ago, and he clearly remembers that... as well as the Halloween event...]

About... six months? But time here's really weird... According to this place, I've been here a little longer than a year. [...... Oh god that's so weird he never actually... thought of that before.]

[He just laughs quietly at that first part: he knows! He does! But one can't help developing a height complex when pretty much every male you know is taller than you are. Guy, Jade... Van. And thanks to Asch being here much longer than him, he's taller than him, too.

And at that next question, he can't help a slight bounce in his step.]

Yeah! There's so many people you need to meet, Natalia! Paprika, Yuri, Hiccup - he has a dragon, you know?

[And there's a small pause before the next name, which makes him look away juuust slightly and blush juuuuust a little.]

[ she listens in mute wonder, walking next to him as she puts the names to memory only to hear that last name, and the slight blush on his face. she leans in to catch it, amusement creeping in her voice ]

Goodness! Are you ill, Luke? You're quite flushed all of a sudden..

[... Oh god he catches that amusement. HE KNOWS. HE'S HEARD IT SEVERAL TIMES WHEN TALKING ABOUT XION.

Luke leans away as a result, side stepping a little to try and get out of trolling range.]

[ Nope! She just leans in after him, clasping her hands ]

Oh, but I simply must know! You won't leave me in the dark, will you?

[Luke rolls his eyes up to the sky and leans his head away, face flushed over the attention. Come on, Luke, you can tell her! Natalia's asking, and she needs to know! She's practically family!]
